- You find someone whom you can talk with and get advice from. Someone above your level or rank.
- You need to perfect your skills that require your prospective job.
- Show your initiative to learn new things. Let them know you are taking a special course that might help you carry out your job more efficiently.
- Finally, look for ways to volunteer your extra time in helping out your co-worker.
