You put everything in Lady Luck’s hands, and you wait for your so-called “break” which never seems to come.
Sorry to burst your bubble my friend, but in the real world promotion is not all pure luck, first you must have the necessary skills and abilities for the job, but more importantly you have to have a goal and the desire to reach it.
You shouldn’t just wait for the right opportunity because opportunities will not just show themselves to you.
You should make your own.
