Give a Little Extra

At work, people can breeze out the door after the required hours are over. But to stay a rung above the rest, you must keep in mind that the boss usually looks twice at an employee who is willing to give just a little bit more to the organization, than those who are content with just giving out what is expected of them. To be in the running for a promotion, you must show that you are willing to stay the occasional extra hours and to sacrifice a few of your precious weekend in order to help keep the wheels running smoothly. Soon, the boss will decide to reward your diligence with something extra too – that well-deserved promotion of yours.
